House System

At Abbeymead Primary School we have a House system. This means all children are linked to a House and collect points for their excellent behaviour and attitudes in school.

Many years ago, our children voted to name our houses after Gloucester manufactured planes and engines; Buccaneer, Merlin, Meteor and Pioneer.

For PE, all children are required to wear a t shirt in their house colour.

The colour of the houses are as follows:

Merlin – Green 

Pioneer - Yellow

Meteor - Red

Buccaneer – Navy blue
