The school day
The school day at Abbeymead starts a little earlier than most other primary schools, which can be a benefit to those parents who need to move on to work after dropping their child off. Timings are as follows:

8.25am – 8.35am |
Children dropped-off by their parents at the appropriate zone. Pupils are supervised by staff once they enter through the EYFS Gate, and parents are free to leave the site. |

The official school week is made up of:
EYFS: 32 hours and 55 minutes (8.25am - 3.00pm)
Year 1-6: 33 Hours and 20 minutes (8.25am - 3.05pm)
